Full Stack Developer -Backend Oriented

vcita is looking for its next Full Stack Developer to join our dev team! Are you experienced with designing and building distributed systems? Do you enjoy being an integral part of product development? Then it’s you we’re looking for!

As our Full Stack Developer, you’ll use various coding languages and best practices to solve problems and develop production-ready web applications and APIs. You’ll create perfected UI designs based on product & design specs and have a direct hand in influencing a solution that makes an impact on small businesses.

• Being a key partner in our product development from concept to deployment and beyond
• Working closely with, and incorporating feedback from product managers and other stakeholders in the company
• Architecting and building state-of-the-art responsive web & mobile applications using a variety of languages and tools
• Designing and building distributed systems with automated testing, instrumentation, and monitoring
• Developing projects through their entire life-cycle
• Work on scalable, cloud-based architectures.
• Optimize application performance for scale and reliability.
• Learn and assimilate new technologies.

• At least 5 years of experience with developing production-ready web applications and APIs with high scale
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Ruby, Go or Node.js and a strong understanding of software engineering principles.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience working in cloud environments
• Well-versed in coding best practices, agile methodologies, CI/CD, testing
• Experience with microservices architecture and API design.
• Experience in developing hybrid / native mobile apps – advantage
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Passion for learning and implementing new technologies
• Independent, fast learner, creative, great communication skills
• BSc in computer science / elite army unit graduate - advantage
• English in a high level.
